Introduction to the job
We have an exciting opportunity for Material Handler at our location in PyeongTaek, Korea. This position will be responsible for all of the raw materials and products in&out management including shipping and inventory management.

Role and responsibilities

1. - Completes daily work activities of order processing and conduct physical material movements and transactions.
2. - Create and manage work to ensure all shift requirements are adequately covered to complete work within established timeframes.
3. - Ensure work instructions followed and being utilized.
4. - Prioritize daily tasks for the day and complete critical tasks, as necessary.
5. - Support a system of measurements & metrics to monitor service levels.
6. - Contribute to the safety and security of the work center, for employees, material and Material Handling Equipment (forklift, pallet jack and others).
7. - Maintain and adjust space layout plans, as needed
8. - Responsible for managing overall physical & oracle inventory control processes while assisting with root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies by coordinating with cross functional peers and 3PL warehouse.
9. - Take care of safety yourself during the work or given the working environment and following the safety regulation & rule by EHS guide line.
10. - Escalate issues clearly and in a timely manner via written and verbal communication.
11. - Process development and continuous improvement initiatives within the work center.
12. - Receives and audits incoming materials.
13. - Conduct daily cycle counts of inventory.
14. - Processes materials to return to warehouse, supplier/vendor etc.
15. - Expedites/communicates missing or quality issues within the work center.
16. - Files documentation in accordance with department procedures.
17. - Packages, wraps, confirms materials approved for shipping.
18. - Ensure work instructions followed and being utilized.

Education and experience

1. - High school diploma or Associate degree in relevant field
2. - Entry level ~ above 2 years related experience in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing or distribution.
3. - Oracle, SAP, Business Objects, Power BI and SharePoint experience strongly preferred. 
4. - Proficient with Word, Outlook and Teams. Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint a plus.
5. - Strong problem solving skills and self-starter.
6. - Experience operating Powered Industrial Equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks preferred (지게차 면허증 or 지게차 운전 경험)
