담당업무
- Manage the cleansing category of Brand as identifying consumers’ needs and building successful innovations to win Korean consumers through global pipelines. Needs to reinforce product proposition and expand the product pipeline of Brand, contributing to brand strategy and portfolio management reflecting global pipeline as well as local market needs - Analyze market trends through market data and report to recommend corrective actions - Manage the whole local development process for local sourcing products keenly working with an external cosmetic manufacturer - Planning trade promotion and monitoring the progress and analyzing promotion results for efficiency and effectiveness - 9 months supplying forecasting and responsible for P/O and stock management. - Communicate closely with the APAC team for overall alignment - Work and collaborate across functional teams such as Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Agencies
자격요건
- 소비재/화장품 마케팅 경력자 5년~10년 - H&B/ 드럭스토어/ 하이퍼/ 약국 등의 유통채널 브랜드 경험자 선호 - 영어가능자(본사와의 커뮤니케이션 가능자)
