Major Responsibilities include: - Focused on all SPTS product groups : PVD, ETCH , CVD , MVD and Thermal
- Help define customer specific product penetration, positioning, and market share strategies which align with BU objectives
- Lead on site execution of specific projects , including project definition , success criteria , regular reports and
escalations where necessary - Use understanding of general semiconductor processing and specifically of customer processes to develop
relationships with key customer technical buying influences - Drives collaboration projects, to help deliver differentiated product value, ensure continued product learning and solve customer issues , including demo support
- Understand from customer their specific needs going forward (roadmap ) and the competitive landscape
- Helps jointly develops sales strategies in collaboration with account managers, including support of customer organisation understanding ( org charts )
- Is able to deliver effective technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers
- Embed themselves as a critical support resource for the customer
- Expectation is approx. 75% on site/travelling
Essential skills: - Experience with at least 1 SPTS equipment OR similar equipment (Etch, PVD, CVD) - Strong technical background in wafer manufacturing process - Strong business acumen with understanding of customer technical issues - Able to work closely and collaboratively with customer and internal stakeholders to identify and solve key issues - Deal with projects and issues proactively with accountability and insightfulness - Excellent English AND Korean communication/presentation skill and proficient in project management

ㆍ경력 : 경력2년↑ Preferred Qualifications - 3 years of experience in Semiconductor processing ; Engineering or Hardware support
- Must be a strong customer advocate, listens and understand needs, and can champion needs to
internal stakeholders - Strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
- Understand basic semiconductor technology understand Logic/Memory/AP roadmaps
- Expert communicator with strong ability to educate customers on company portfolio of products’ capabilities and strengths and present the value and benefits to the customer
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, innovative, IP-savvy
Minimum Qualifications Academic Qualification: - Doctor, Freshmen - Master with 3 years experience
