Handling customer and agent Inbound orders/shipments.
Performing data entry, processing documents, and managing shipments.
Monitoring, tracking, and updating the status of shipments as part of daily procedures.
Providing customer support services with timely and real-time tracking updates.
Ensuring customer satisfaction by understanding operational procedures and meeting customer requirements.
Checking and reporting profits and losses, and managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Administer weekly/monthly freight payment reporting, including accruals.
Identifying, reporting, consulting on, and finding resolutions for any issues.
Monitoring all cargo and providing reports to the direct manager.
Related Experience: more than 2~5 years.
Must be Bilingual in Korean and English (Verbal & Written)
Hands on experience in processing related documents
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
Experience in using some form of FMS program
Lagally eligible to work in U.S.
(Preference) Experience in NVOCC licensed company for more than 3 years.
