An international medical device manufacturer is looking for a Country Manager. The selected applicant will be developing and executing comprehensive business strategies for the Korean market, aligning with global objectives. Responsibilities: - Provide strategic leadership and deliver commercial goals
- Develop and execute market penetration and expansion strategies
- Lead, guide, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team
- Establish an effective network of distribution partners in the country
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers, including physicians, surgeons, and hospital administrators
- Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes
- Develop, execute, and monitor regular sales strategies to drive market share
- Collaborate with regional and functional leaders to ensure seamless coordination
Requirements: - Bachelor`s degree or above in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is preferred)
- More than 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, or general management in medical device or pharmaceutical industry in Korea
- More than 5 years of experience in a country leadership or business unit head role
- Background in project management
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare market, regulatory landscape, and distribution channels
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent level in written and verbal Korean and English
