[Mission]
The O&M Lead will be a member of the O&M area, within the O&M Team. He or she will be responsible of performing all O&M-related activities as part of offshore wind farm development, tender processes, and supporting definition of O&M strategy and implementation of contracts in collaboration with other technical, commercial, legal and business areas.

[Main Accountabilities]
Supporting the O&M project team:
1. Support and coordinate
- Ensure that the O&M team are well coordinated. 
- Assist in developing the material for the O&M
- Support the OMA team where necessary

2. O&M requirements
- Assist in providing Employer’s/Project requirement for O&M
- Developing a Costbook model “Opex Book”
- Coordinate and assist that O&M requirements are implemented in the design of the packages

3. Documentation and management systems
- Update O&M documentation within the management systems in due time
- Responsible of O&M Technical documentation management

4. Responsible of tracking and sharing lessons learnt of O&M related matters, stablishing best practices across the organization
- Introducing and using OW’s tools within the Project, Shoreline, HSE SAI360

5. Support Commercial and Legal Teams on the definition of contractual forms (PBA, HoTs, TSA, SMA) to deal with suppliers and contractors
- Support contractual negotiations with suppliers in technical aspects

6. O&M facilities, Preparation and Handover
- Support in locating an O&M Port
- Develop suitable O&M Facilities
- Develop and manage a roadmap that takes the O&M Project from development to handover; inc recruitment plan, handover and implementation of management systems for maintenance and marine coordination
- Consider synergies between the two projects and potential synergies with other wind farms in the area

7. Operate Modelling software ? Shoreline 

8. Contribute to supporting the implementation of all the technical and organizational risk reduction measures which derive from the application of the Project Quality and HSE management requirements. 
- Support Technical discussions with suppliers related to the O&M matters

[Academic Background]
- Degree level and other academic qualifications may be considered

[Languages]
- Korean native, English fluent

[Experience]
- Experience in wind industry, particularly on O&M, Wind farm SCADA and control systems wind turbines and vessels
- Experience in dealing with wind farm tender processes, due diligences and WTG RFI/Ps
- Experience in both wind turbine manufacturer and project developer side is an advantage
- Experience in offshore wind farm development and offshore wind turbines is an advantage

[Knowledge]
- Deep technical knowledge of offshore wind projects interfaces
- Knowledge of the application of relevant regulations and offshore wind industry standards
- Postgraduate studies in Renewable Energy are valued
