Off Highway Sales Administrators play a key role in supporting sales teams and
provide an important link between sales, customers and our stakeholders. ·
Supports sales through
reporting, system administration and internal & external data analyses by
executing and supporting selected activities under limited supervision. ·
System Administration: o Runs repetitive and ad-hoc tasks on systems and tools o Periodically reviews the user-entered data hosted on the systems to
ensure completeness under limited supervision. · Managing Customer`s PO · Ordering and managing
delivery schedule of whole good & parts · Cost input process
(PR) · Stock checks · Request delivery · Invoicing to customer
and in Movex · Forecast updates · Account status and AR,
CL manage · Vendor registration,
payment request · Sales Commissions · End of month
financials · SSA approval &
reporting ·
Reporting: o Consolidates and distributes sales reports where reporting tasks are
repetitive and well documented, under limited supervision. o Gathers and consolidates data from others through existing templates and
provides as forecasting input. Sales pipeline reporting
includes: · Weekly backlog reporting · Monthly pipeline reporting · Monthly sales forecast presenting · DM forecast · Order board, pipeline detail
master · Aged stock value checks ·
Data Analyses: o Conducts internal sales analyses (e.g. variances, projections, costing,
bundling) where the tasks are well documented. o Conducts ad-hoc and repetitive analyses on external sources o Researches assigned opportunities through secondary research, compiles
and shares findings. o Compiles relevant competitive data from varying resources under limited
supervision. To be
successful in this role you will need the following: · High
school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or
equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable
regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or
sanctions regulations. ·
Requires some work
experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through training or
on-the-job experience. · Communicates
