O Lead business by maximizing
business opportunity including Merchandising, Supply chain, e-retail etc. - Plan strategic sales and
client actions to develop business - Deeply engaged with
Merchandising and maximizing seasonal product sales - Plan and take proactive steps
to have optimum stock levels, appropriate merchandize mix and correct inventory
control - Foster collaboration between
stores and other business partners - Plan and execute strategic
decision for the longer-term basis O Client development in close
collaboration with brand communication team and CD, by involving all commercial
decision - Collaboration with
communication to make sure brand communication aligned with business direction. - Propose and participate in
public relations events bringing in positive exposure to the brand image - Plan to develop clients by
collaboration with CD and propose necessary actions. - Coordinate high profile
events such as trunk show, events… VIP functions to promote sales and brand
image - Make sure client journey
seamless in terms of omni channel experience : on/off -line experience O Lead negotiation process with
LL and plan for the network strategy - Negotiation each department
store to make sure representing brand visibility and image - Involve with store project
team and align with network strategy. O Involve direction of finance
and HR to make sure supporting functions are aligned to business strategy. - Decision-make to allocate
necessary resources are placed. - Have visibility of P&L to
make sure business priorities are well planned and executed. - Propose effective way to
support business. O Develop retail workforce and
leadership team. O Maximize efficiency of retail
operation and maintain high level of retail performance KPI. O Lead and engage the teams
with clear vision and development strategy - Reinforce teams’ capabilities
and skills according to its specific needs and requirements - Guide retail learning
strategy and ensure training roadmap in place to develop in-house talents and
attract talents from local market
자격요건
ㆍ학력 : 대졸이상
ㆍ경력 : 경력20년↑
- Over
20yrs experiences (Outstanding retail background with +10 years in managerial
experience) - University
level education or equivalent - Excellent
analytical, management, supervisory and administrative skills. Proven track of leading and motivating
sizable teams and delivering business results. - Must
possess a professional presentation. Excellent interpersonal skills and the
ability to communicate effectively both in individual conversation and public
speech. - Strong
negotiation and persuasion skills in dealing with local landlords to secure
Maison’s vision and brand desirability. - Able
to enforce company policy in a flexible, inclusive manner without compromising
them.
