Main Purpose of Job

Job Description
- Implement PR activities in digital & social platforms to drive brand awareness, equity, and desirability
- Plan and manage new product launches and seasonal coffee campaigns
- Plan and manage PR activities (digital, social and event) according to campaign strategies
- Manage all text/visual materials for local usage in line with global guidelines (Brand’s identity, tone of voice,.)
- Proactively drive and develop creative out of the box ideas
- Provide comprehensive guidelines & project briefs to partners and agencies to ensure correct understanding of brand
- Build on and maintain excellent relationships with agencies/production/media/press/KOL partners for agreed activations
- Liaise closely with HQ PR & relevant cross functional teams
- Ensure the timely implementation of working processes and quality of deliverables
- Accurate budget planning & tracking of all PR/Content activities
- Manage performance optimization and ROI in terms of investment effectiveness and efficiency
- Monitor and report competitor activity, consumer insight and relevant industry trends
Job Requirement
- 5 to 8 years of experience in brand communication
- Preference for experience in Premium and Lifestyle consumer goods
- Expertise in social media and experiential (event) marketing
- Expertise in collaborating with KOLs and media partners (magazine, new media etc)
- Experience in Corporate, media PR is a plus
- Expertise in social listening and analysis tool is a plus (GA, Sprinklr, Creator IQ etc)
