An international educational publishing company is searching for a Regional Director KR&JP. The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for the company`s business portfolio in the assigned territory and business lines.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement the company’s sales strategies, tactics, and plans to achieve overall business targets
• Develop a well-connected network of influencers, supporters, or partners in the education space
• Manage sales processes, responsible for building and delivering business goals
• Build and lead a high functioning, collaborative and results-driven sales team
• Represent the company in liaising with government offices and regulatory bodies
• Work closely with the regional office to ensure alignment of business goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Sales & Marketing or International Business
• 8-10 years of work experience
• More than 5 years of managerial experience at a multinational company
• Must be entrepreneurial and resourceful
• Fluent level written and verbal English
