Position Purpose: The main purpose of this position is to
provide general accounting support and maintenance of internal controls to ensure
accuracy and predictability of results, the timely reporting and forecasts, the
analysis of variations and the determination of countermeasures to eliminate
the gap. Roles & Responsibility: Accounting: ·
Responsible
for monthly revenue recognition and COGS ·
In charge of the general ledger accounting, and ensure
corrected transactions of all accounts ·
BS reconciliation (Blackline) ·
AR
overdue follow-up ·
Responsible
for vendor management and payment request Reporting: ·
Reporting
monthly actual financial result into Corporate reporting tool and
supporting annual budgeting ·
B/S & P/L analysis ·
Daily / Weekly / Monthly sales related reports Audit
& Others: ·
Support internal & statutory audit ·
Quarterly VAT filing ·
Managing company cards for employees Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Approximately 5+
years of working experience in
finance/accounting
- Proficiency with data integrity, MS office applications
- Preferred Duzon (and Oracle) program user
- Excellent follow-up, time management, multi-tasking
skills
- Self-motivated with a high attention to detail and continuous
improvement mindset
- Proficiency in
English
Education:·
Preferred bachelor’s
degree in accounting or business administration
