■ Job description 

- Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

- Lead the monthly closing process and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

- Manage fund transfers, balance approvals, and payment processing with financial institutions.

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize financial risk.

- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and oversee tax reporting and adjustments.

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

- Manage and develop the finance team, providing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.

 

■ Requirement 

- Bachelor`s degree 

- 10 to 20 years of proven experience in Finance, Accounting

- Excellent analytical skills with a track record of driving financial performance.

- Proficient in English, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts.
