담당업무

1) Project management support

 - Creation and Follow-up of Customer Orders

 - Ensuring correct booking of orders, revenue, cost and accruals.

 - Commercially review and manage orders according to general accounting                    principles & financial reporting guidelines.

 - Placing Purchase Orders to factories against customer orders received.

 - Monitoring and following up for deliveries.

 - Processing and execution of orders including delivery release, preparation of              sales invoices with backups

2) submission of invoices to customer for acceptance and collection of receivables.

 - Receivables management including follow-up with customer in collaboration   with  cash collection team.

 - Prepare sales forecast for orders of assigned customers.

 - Project performance analyzing/controlling

자격요건

- 4년제 대학 졸업자

- 신입/경력

- 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능자

- 엑셀, 워드, 파워포인트 등 OA활용 능력 우수자

근무조건

- 고용형태 : 계약직 2년

- 급여 : 면접시 협의 (약 3천 중반까지)

-  근무지 : 서울시 종로구 종로3길 17, 광화문 디타워(청진동) 9층 

   (지하철 : 5호선 광화문역 3번 출구)
