WHAT`S THE ROLE?

Head of Service Marketing role is responsible for the effective strategy crafting and implementation of the Tool Services business in South Korea by leading multidisciplinary team as leader and coordinating the topic with different functions in Korea and Asia Hub counterparts.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

Key Responsibilities and Goals

  •   Report to the Head of Solution Marketing(Leadership Team) , develop and lead a high performing Tool Service    Marketing team
  •   Drive Fleet Management (FM) & ON!Track sustainable strategy as a part of the Company’s services offering (this includes sales promotion, selling, internal/external training, contract care, and distribution channels)     
  •   Provide the sales organization with product expertise and support resources to support Solution Consultants and improve market reach
  •   Coordinate with sales team to leverage customer relationships and develop FM & ON!Track thereby increasing sales and penetration
  •   Liaise with Strategic Marketing and Sales to develop and implement strong FM & ON!Track activities to drive customer loyalty
  •   Identify and implement continuous business process improvement projects
  •   Define, execute and lead system testing, where applicable
  •   Be a strong partner with other teams for operational excellence
  •   Closely collaborate with Asia Hub team in Hong Kong

WHAT YOU NEED IS:

  •   Minimum 10 years of experience in Sale and Marketing(B2B)
  •   People management experience  
  •   Bachelor degree in Business/Engineering. Master in Business/Marketing or MBA is advantageous
  •   A Strong leader who can develop and drive people to achieve their potential
  •   influencing communication skill with intern/external stakeholders.
  •   Demonstrated commitment to business improvements and ability to drive change with proven exceptional business acumen
  •   Self-motivated professional with spirit of challenging the status quo
  •   Passion for customers and delivering excellent service
  •   Strategic thinker who can articulate clear direction with solid logic out of ambiguity
  •   High ability in crafting a direction with analytical skills to quantify business concepts
  •   Experience in working in business systems and preferably with software support, especially knowledge in SAP
  •   Strong and influential communication and interpersonal skills working in a fast-paced commercial environment involving multiple key stakeholders
  •   Excellent written and spoken English is a must
  •   Strong winning mindset and possess a can-do attitude, drive to outperform.
  •   Ambitious in future career progression in marketing, sales or general management and have mobility to relocate to other countries for future career advancement.
