기업안내 : 외국계 글로벌 화학기업 ◈ 포지션 : Customer Service Representative (육아휴직 대체 계약직) 주요업무내용 -Receive inquiry or order from customer 고객 주문 발주 · -Issue offer sheet to customer. 오퍼 발행 · -Confirm customer’s order to supplier. 고객 주문 확인 · -Input the order in ERP system. · -Check shipment and provide information and services to customer in terms of documents and customs clearance. 선적 및 서류 확인 · -Collect the copies of the shipping documents. 선적 서류 관리 · -Check payment of invoice by the customer. 결제조건 관리 · -Follow-up stock entry and control the stock level. 재고 관리 · -Coordinate with forwarder to provide necessary documents for prompt customs clearance. 포워딩 업체 관리 · -Establish BWT inventory report and study BWT costs on monthly basis. 재고 발주 관리 -· -Prepare data for the regular sales report including monthly sales, 4 months forecast and annual budget. 리포팅 / 포케스팅 / 버젯팅 Qualification required: · Related experience 1 ? 3 years. or Senior · Good communication skills and English skills. · Good capabilities to understand foreign mentality and adaptability to work with foreigners. · To be able to communicate and reporting. · Computer skills and ability to use existing tools.
