O KEY RELATIONSHIP WITH - Strong line of reporting with
Human Resources Director - Number of Staff reporting to
the position : 1 - Work closely with HR
Controller, COE team and Finance team - Management of 200 staffs O Recruitment and Selection - Process all local recruitment
requests in an effective and efficient manner - Maintain up-to-date
recruitment progress report, talent database and all related staffing
communication - Support orientation program
for employee i.e. business and DNA O Compensation and Benefits - Co-ordinate with C&B team
to ensure a smooth and efficient payroll operations (variable compensation,
overtime, expatriates compensation, special payments) - Analyse benchmark data to
ensure competitive salary level of the organization - Compile all data needed for
the Annual Salary Review, and the Performance analysis - Monitor and alert the Human
Resources Director to any variance between the budgeted and actual salaries and
headcount - Provide information to
Expatriate staffs regarding C&B (Tax; Social Benefits) information O Employee Relations - Foster a conducive working
environment through employee relations activities and communication - Conduct exit and grievance
interviews with all respective departments/staffs - Assist in handling all local
labour tribunal cases - Detect and handle complaints,
disputes and grievances of all staffs and to report them to the Human Resources
Director - Operate Labour Management
Council (LMC) of Richemont Korea on quarterly basis O Training and Development - Support the talent management
agenda (from identification to write up of individual development plan) - Identify and propose training
development needs based on the Group philosophy - Interface with Region L&D
function for the implementation of training programs to meet the business needs
where appropriate - Manage, communicate and
delivering important projects that impact other parts of the organisation - Prepare annual Learning &
Development plan of Richemont Korea focusing on new joiner induction,
leadership and competencies and execute the programs during the year

ㆍ학력 : 대졸이상
ㆍ경력 : 경력12년↑
- Around 12~16years HR
experience with sizeable multi-national companies - Experience in managing HR
projects and execution - Computer literacy and
conversant with labour regulations - English proficiency in
writing and speaking - Professional training in HR
areas like C&B, Training and Development - Good interpersonal skill and
verbal and written communication skills - Attention to details and good
at data management
