Korean Digital Marketing Operations Specialist (Freelance)

Summary:


This is a position with a variety of digital marketing responsibilities. In this role, you will be responsible for the high-quality execution of Digital Marketing activities, all contributing to the successful management of our client’s business objectives.


The role is dynamic, you will be working inside the global operations team and responsible for B2B media & content strategy and relevant digital campaign or platform analysis to continuously improve campaign efficiency with the goals to increase conversions, optimize for target CPA goals, and efficiently increase leads for our clients. You also need to have a core set of skills for success, specifically project and time management, proactive communication, self-drive to learn, written and verbal English skills, and a desire to learn and grow within fast-paced working conditions.


Responsibility:

  • Responsible for effectively managing various client accounts and budgeting requirements.

  • Manage campaign expenses, estimate monthly costs, and reconcile discrepancies.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and local media partners to support the marketing communications and business strategies of the brands, including managing local vendor research.

  • Develop compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including Naver Ads, Daum, Kakaotalk, social media, websites, email campaigns, and others.

  • Develop media plan, manage campaign execution, and daily operation optimization for traffic volume and conversion.

  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.

  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links and SEM strategies.

  • Provide monthly/quarterly reports on assigned clients to account teams/clients communicating overall progress, initiatives, and other high-level topic matters that management and team members should be aware of.

  • Report and communicate results/ideas with clients and also share with the operational and sales team, promoting team growth.

  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and features.



Requirements:

  • 3+ years of digital media and paid marketing experience, including paid search operations

  • Bachelor`s Degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business, Information Sciences, and Economics

  • Native Korean, Proficient English writing, and verbal communication skills is a plus

  • Advanced skills in Excel (data analysis and tactical execution)

  • A high degree of personal accountability and attention to detail

  • Commitment to constant learning, knowledge sharing, collaboration, and idea generation

  • Desire to work in dynamic, time-intensive environments where consistent fire drills and competing priorities are commonplace

  • Energetic, organized, highly motivated, and a fast learner
