The Role and Responsibilities

1. Manage local marketing tasks & E-Commerce platform such as RIGOL official online store and NAVER.

2. Analyze the market and customer needs, prepare sales materials, explore the potential needs of market, establish, and maintain good customer relations to complete the sales task.

3. Provide customer support (license installation, firmware update, software installation and customers’ application), provide customers with product consultant and solutions according to customer’s needs.

4. Plan and excute relevant exhibitions, seminars, and other marketing events in Korea.

5. Complete other tasks for marketing and the e-commerce.
