- Assist the direct retail channel with administrative task.
- Support the direct retail team in achieving their targets by providing effective administrative support
Job Description
Order Management
- Process and manage customer orders received through the e-commerce platform.
- Checking and processing orders sold through ‘direct retail channel’ on a daily basis to ensure that Nespresso products are delivered to customers without problems.
- Handling all tasks that occur on the day, including orders, returns, and exchanges, according to company guideline.
- Managing and operating eretailers` requests for all matters related to ordering, delivery, returns and collection of Nespresso products under the manager`s direction.
Support to execute direct retail channel promotion and special activities
(big & bold event in direct retail, collaboration activities with marketing team, etc.)
- Assist task in boosting direct retail channel sales
> Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales campaigns and promotions.
: Update and maintain products` promotional image co-work with related function
: Customer benefit, such as GWP, managed well during the event.
Competitors` Activities Monitoring:
- Monitor and report competitors` pricing, promotions, and product offerings on a weekly basis.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the sales and marketing teams based on competitor analysis.
Job Requirements
? Fresh graduate or less than 2 years of administrative working experience.
? Previous experience in e-commerce or retail sales administration is preferred.
? Online retailer accounts such as `Naver`, `Coupang`, `ssg.com`, `Kakao`, etc. experience preferred.
? Intermediate skills for using MS Office Excel and PowerPoint.
