A Sales Manager position is now available in a multinational medical device manufacturer. The selected applicant will be developing and executing strategies for key customers in the designated territory to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, develop, and manage pharmaceutical industry accounts to commercialise drug delivery systems
  • Convert key opportunities into sales
  • Ensure long-term sales growth as well as short-term sales
  • Negotiate commercial and supply agreements and pricing
  • Analyse demand and ensure achievement of forecast accuracy target
  • Manage relationships with existing customers
  • Conduct market research to analyse competitors and the efficiency of sales strategies
  • Closely co-work with regional HQ to develop a market penetration plan
  • Propose optimal structure and resource allocation of sales force to optimize sales force effectiveness and propose adjustment as necessary

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or business
  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in healthcare or bio-pharmacy
  • 3-5 years of key account management in an international B2B activity
  • Experience in pharmaceuticals is advantageous
  • Proficient in written and verbal Korean: fluent level English
