ABOUT THE JOB
 
To enhance WH(Warehouse) operational excellence of Supply Chain & Logistics process, this position is in charge of mainly WH operations, Inventory management, WH Cost management, WH Projects and diverse communication through multi functions including vendors and 3PL so that contributes ultimately to meet the company target.

Main Responsibilities:
 
Warehouse Operation & Reporting
 
Warehouse issue-handling with 3PL
Product quality check after training provided
Non-Goods In & Out monitoring
Rebalancing Quality Issue Monitoring
PKG Schedule Monitoring
Transportation management
Recycling report & communication with HK regional office
Operation management for Staff Sales
 
Inventory management & Cost analysis

Goods/Non-Goods Inventory management
Stock Count Monitoring
Inventory closing & Cost analysis
Destruction plan & arrangement
 
Multi-functional Communications
Regular meeting with 3PL,commercial functions including Stores
Task-forced meetings with HK, France and Korea staffs
 
WH Projects
 Contract management for WH vendors
WH projects initiated by HQ/Region/Country level related to system implementation, process improvement and SOP developments 

PROFILE
 
+5 years of Warehouse or Logistics experience  ~ 약 19년
인하우스 재직자 분들 뿐만 아니라 3PL 기업 재직자분들도 소비재, 럭셔리, Cosmetics 등 다뤄 보신분들은 지원 가능하십니다.

BA degree or above
Good command of English (비즈니스 영어 가능자, Speaking 가능하셔야 합니다)
Good knowledge or experience in ERP (any), Expertise in PPT, Excel
Fast adaptation for Diverse & Inclusion, Good communicator, Strong time-manager
