Brief Position Description: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing new client relationships and development of budgets, feasibilities and proposals and negotiation of contracts with new clients. This is a complex consultative selling process and involves collaboration with many of our operational, regulatory and country experts. Minimum Qualifications & Experience: *Minimum of 3-5 years’ work experience in clinical research. *The ability to demonstrate track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships. *A high standard of professional ethics together with a successful sales target driven approach to business development is essential. *Executing duties efficiently and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. *Results driven attitude and target driven approach to business development will be highly regarded. Responsibilities - *Research company information for prospective new clients for lead generation purposes.
- *Prepare budgets and proposals for international and local clients as directed.
- *Develop a good understanding of clinical trial design and the services required by the client.
- *Maintaining relevant information for all assigned proposals within the CRM.
- *Assist in the marketing of Novotech at local conferences and other marketing initiatives.
- *Maintain relationships with clients in the local market by delivering client presentations; development of budgets and proposals and ensuring appropriate contracts are in place.
- *Ability to demonstrate track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
