company that develops, manufactures, and sells ball flight measurement systems,
Simulators, and Range technology for the Golf industry. Originally developed
specifically for golf, TrackMan now enjoys a market leader position in several
sports disciplines in measuring and delivering real-time sports motion data.
As Marketing Manager, Korea your key focus
and objective is to increase awareness and usage of our industry-leading
products. You will drive development of the positioning, messaging and
go-to-market strategies for TrackMan golf products and services. You will play
a leading role in defining, shaping and strengthening our marketing game in
Korea.
The job will be located in our office and
showroom in Gangnam, Seoul.
WHAT YOU`LL DO
- Define
how to maximize usage of products and determine the type of marketing
activities needed to achieve the goals (go-to-market plan)
- Identify
marketing and communication content needed
- Organize
training and sales events
- Help
create local marketing content and manage local social media channels
- Develop
and maintain relationships with external partners whose products or
services will be needed for the product
- Conduct
market research and marketing tracking to continually bring the voice of
the market to TrackMan
- Drive
our yearly planning process together with the VP, Asia and local Korean
management team
- Translate
homepage and marketing materials coming from Trackman’s Global Marketing
Department
- Assist
Global Product Management Team, when local knowledge and assistance is
needed to develop new product solutions
- Drive
and further develop our marketing setup, processes and tools
The ideal
candidate
- Degree
in business administration, marketing or similar
- 7+ years B2C (and
ideally B2B) marketing experience from agency or brand side
- Fluent
in Korean and English
- Proven
experience building product growth
- Great
writer and thinker; exceptional written and verbal communication
skills
- Great
project management skills; proven track record to drive cross-functional
projects
- Experience
with digital marketing
- Experience
from product launches
- Passion
for golf or sport
- Strong
attention to detail is essential to succeed
- Finally,
you are ready to hit the ground running while executing on your projects
- Experience in golf
