Position: Key Account Manager Job Family: Sales and Services Reporting Line: Sales & Services Manager
Role Purpose Statement: The jobholder is responsible for monitoring, maintaining and ensuring customer satisfaction for the assigned customer to achieve the goal of maximizing the profit.
[MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES] * Communication -Receive and deliver information and instructions from customers to the related teams. -Receive the request from airlines, modify and mediate it with them if needed and deliver the final request to the related teams in the company. -Produce and compile various reports concerning customers as required especially in the areas of : -Receipt of report and issue internally -Follow up and receipt of internal reply -Analyze and scrutinize reply if acceptable -Co-ordinate reply to customer within designated time limits -Analysis and statistics to review a yearly report if necessary -Monitoring of corrective action if necessary * Catering Agreement -Draw catering contract or review given contract from airlines in cooperation with regional head office. -Follow up signed contract during daily business and ensure extension/termination/renewal of the contract in time. *Menu Presentation -Receive or send the request for the menu presentation and decide menu presentation schedule with airlines and all related teams. -Decide which menus will be prepared on the presentation day (airliner’s menus or caterer’s suggestion) -Arrange and set up menu presentation room, kitchen, documents, and transportation for visitors. -Conduct menu presentation with visitors, finalize menus, take menu pictures, and tidy up the presentation room. *Customer Care -Participate in customer meetings which involve customer concerns, requests, or requirements. -Participate in business related customer entertainment of any kind, both during and after normal office hours. -Evaluate meal quality periodically with station staffs. -Arrange special events for customers including Year end party. -Follow up any requests related to broadcasting. -Attend any convention or meeting requested by customers. *Others -Follow up private and VVIP charter flights. -Collect outstanding invoices. -Assist customers’ quality audit. -Update customer contact points. -Make report or data related to the catering business, menu prices, market development, when necessary -Carry out other related tasks as directed. *COMPETENCIES -Customer Focus -Situational problem solving -Decision making

*Technical Competencies -Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience. -3-10 years experience in Sales or Key account management -Must be proficient in the use of English language(both spoken and written) -Must be able to use Microsoft Office -Driving license
*Personal Competencies -Must have good presentation skills -Must have good negotiate skills -Must have good communication/social skills -Must have basic knowledge of accounting -Must have good information gathering and analysis skills -Must be a good listener -Preferable to have experience in Customer Service and Business Administration
