[Position] Corporate Sales Manager(Specialist)_F to E (5년 이상) 채용

LEGOLAND Korea Resort Sales & Marketing 부서에서 Corporate Sales (기업 및 단체 영업)을 담당해주실 Corporate Sales Manager(Specialist)를 채용합니다. 테마파크 및 각종 유원시설, Hospitality 업계 등 동종/유관 업계에서 최소 5년 이상 법인 및 기업 대상 Sales를 경험해 보신 분에 한하여 지원 가능합니다. 자세한 사항은 아래의 Job Description을 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.
 
 
 
Position Summary:
- Responsible for driving central trade sales revenue, volume and yield for (mainly) park tickets sales and (additionally) hotel room nights, revenue budget by developing direct sales growth through a portfolio of specific corporate partners.  Driving cost efficiencies through carefully navigating relationships through aggregators, reseller or accesso affiliate programmes. Growing potential into key or strategic partnerships. Negotiates marketing activation directly with corporate partners to agreed campaigns.
 
Scope and Responsibilities:
Commercial
Direct ownership for up to 30 corporate partners and the deliverables therein
Progress at least 5 accounts to key account level
Deliver central trade park tickets volume, revenue, yield and hotel room nights, revenue to achieve budget by implementing a territory business development strategy including outside sales calls, prospecting calls, site insepctions, and entertainment
Develop territory sales plan with Head of Trade Sales which is market specific and supports LLKR event led activity
Monitor and evaluate weekly, monthly and annual trade sales of client portofolio.  
With the Head of Trade Sales discuss and implement approved tactical sales activity to align accounts to budget expectations.
Manage cost of sales and develop commercial efficiencies through effective pricing and commission negotiations
Develop innovative routes to market through exisiting clients to support sales growth and development of account status.
Develop sponsorship campaign with corporate partners to support LLKR brand awareness and visibility in specific market.
Develop relationships within stakeholders, corporate alliances to strengthen and expand account base for sales opportunities 
Gain understanding of the primary target partners and service expectations, closes the best opportunities on market conditions and local needs
 
Communication
Report weekly sales acitivity to an agreed format to the Head of Sales, reflecting on particular wins and challenges and forecasting potential changes to deliverables.
Collate a monthly sales return based on supplied analytics focusing on key partners
Act as a conduit between the marketing function and the key clients ensuring all product information is delivered in an appropriate and timely way
Represent LLKR with a professional image at all appropriate and approved trade shows and exhibitions demonstrating a thorough knowledge of product, negotiating with a keen commercial awareness
Represent LLKR in any appropriate and approved industry or partner events
Deliver client product training and presentations to support third party knowledge and sales development 
 
Resource Management
Manage time well to reflect the nuances and requirements of the role are met whilst ensuring the role remains tenable.
Respond in a timely manner to all internal and external forms of correspondence 
Manage personal expenditure, ensuring costs incurred and redeemded are reflective of the business driven and are in line with budget
Deliver marketing activation focusing on core messages and distribution channels working to a pre-defined campaigns as agreed with the Head of Marketing
Collaborate with the Sales coordinator to ensure Accesso merchanising is up to date and accurate
 
 
Skills and Qualifications:
Essential: 
Proven ability to manage and develop sales growth to an agreed budget 
Have minimum 5+ years corporate sales account management experience 
Have a good commercial accumen and the ability to report with accuracy in business English
Proficient use of Excel to create and update reports
Strong interpersonal skills and being able to adapt style to different environments
Be capable negotiatior, communicator and influencer 
Passionate and driven individual, who can demonstrate their enthusiasm for sales and people leadership
A proactive and creative approach to problem solving supported by solid data 
Flexibility in adapting to fast-changing priorities and fast paced work environment
Strong organisation skills, with the ability to multi-task and hit the ground running within a hands on role
Thrive on ownership and accountability and have a passion for personal growth and development 
Educated to Bachelors Degree or equivalent level
 
Recommended: 
Tourism/ Leisure / entertainment experience.
Corporate sales experience.
 
Other Requirements:
Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to support park operations
Ability to sit for sustained periods to attend on-site and off-site meetings, perform paperwork activities, travel, and drive

They must ensure that safe working practices are monitored and that risk assessments and procedures are reviewed regularly. Where incidents do occur, they must ensure that they are investigated appropriately and that where necessary, corrective action is taken to ensure that such incidents are not repeated.
