KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as local eCommerce coordinator to support the group’s Digital projects and initiatives Monitor best practices of eCom/ Performance Marketing/ Omnichannel retail in KR market, especially leveraging the KR specific digital ecosystem of Naver & Kakao. Coordinate each Maison’s approved e-business project activities with supporting Richemont groups (e.g. IT, e-Services, Logistics, Legal, Marketing, Audit/Risk) Find opportunities for new marketing tactics, technologies, site-conversion functionality and improved user experiences Support between Korean and English translation on internal and external documentations Consolidate weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly CRC & e-Com sales report Monitor industry trends and competitor activities and recommend action to ensure we build and maintain a leadership position in eCommerce / Digital Support Digital operation related tasks
QUALIFICATIONS - Bachlor`s degree
- Prefer 1-3years of relevant experience in eCommerce/Digital
- Native Korean speaking/ Proficient verbal and written English skills
- Computer proficiency at MS Word/Powerpoint/Excel and SAP is a plus
- Strong attention to details
- Positive attitude, team player, open-minded, flexible
