Position : Lead Water APAC Asia Pacific Purpose: ㅁ Contribute to the development and
execution of the business strategy and P&L in the Region; Identify growth opportunities; Develop & manage client
relationships; ㅁ Establishes and maintains critical
relationships with internal and external stakeholders including customers,
employees, communities, governments, outside vendors and partners, and others
as required to achieve global strategies and objectives ㅁ Meet KPI objectives; Serve as industry expert
Education and Experience Required

-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. -A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated leadership experience leading a regional program or operation in Asia Pacific -Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships, understand customer needs and deliver customer-centric solutions aligned with the mission and goals; -Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams, including selecting and developing talent, building trust, coaching team members and managing performance resulting in high performing team members; -Proven record of having delivered business growth and P &L -Experience with presentation development and public speaking, -Well Experienced in TIC industry in relevant sector -Fluent in English (verbal and written) -Knowledge of regulatory framework around Water systems in Asia Pacific Countries will be preferable
