Key job responsibilities: The technician is required to provide support for data center build-out , go live readiness and then post-go-live support, as part of a team providing on call support, responsible for all onsite hardware break/fix, networking, cable management, installations and projects etc.
This role involves covering 24x7 On-Call standby, shift rotations and traveling between the different sites/locations.

- Experience troubleshooting server/network hardware issues
- Working in a 24/7/365 environment including 24x7 On-Call standby, shift rotations and working in the different sites/locations.
- Previous experience working in a Data Centre Environment
- Knowledge of Data Centre Ecosystem (cooling, electrical, networking, and structured cabling etc…)
- Business level of written English proficiency

2~5 년의 IT Infrastructure 지원 및 운영 경험자
서버/네트워크 하드웨어 문제 해결 가능한 분
24시간 대기근무 및 교대 근무가 가능하며 사이트간 이동이 가능하신 분
데이터센터 환경에서의 이전 근무 경험자
데이터센터 Ecosystem에 대한 지식(냉각, 전기, 네트워킹 및 케이블링)이 있으신 분
비지니스 수준의 영어 가능하신 분
