4. 업무내용

    -  CORPORATE GOVERNANCE - Ensure that corporate governance is maintained in compliance with law and best practices.

    -  CONTRACTS & LEGAL INQURIES - Support Company`s business, R&D, finance and other units by advising on transactions, contracts and legal 

        inquiries.

    -  COMPLIANCE & RISK MANAGEMENT - Manage (improve) Company`s transparency and compliance with law, employees` ethics and compliance 

        with policies, and other risks and potential liabilities of Company

    -  BOARD & MANAGEMENT - Support Company`s Board of Directors and Management Team in their efforts to fulfill fiduciary duty and improve 

       shareholder value

    - LITIGATION - Limit risks and liabilities of Company by managing disputes, claims, litigation and government investigations

    - PUBLIC COMPANY DISCLOSURES & FILINGS - Manage Company`s public disclosures pursuant to law and best practices and ensure that 

      Company is "current" on all SEC and other filings/reports

5. 자격요건

  - Law degree and admission to the US, Korea, UK or Australia

  - Fluency in written and spoken English

  - Prior in-house experience with a multi-national corporation (preferably a manufacturing company) is a plus

  - 한동국제법률대학원 출신자 가능 

6. 연봉 : 추후 협의

7. 제출서류 : 영문이력서 1부 + 학부 성적증명서 사본 1부 (석사 출신은 대학원 성적증명서 포함)
