2. Position Summary

As Digital e-Marketing Development Analyst role, this position has a broad range of responsibilities geared towards the development and execution of target market promotional strategies in support of Instrumentation Group’s growth strategies. This position report to ING Korea Marketing Manager and work closely with eBusiness team and sales team in country. The location is based out of the Korea facility in Jang-An. And develops, support reasonable price and biding strategy by gathering, analyzing market, product and cost information

 

3. Scope/Supervision & Interaction

- Position directly report to Marketing & Product Manager.

- ING Korea e-marketing 60% & Pricing 40%

- Marketing Communications Plan.

- eBusiness and eCommerce

- New Product Promotion

- Brochure, Product Launch, Trade show

- Training scheduling (Internal, Customer etc)

- Receiving Inquiries, I2O upload, Contract/list Price update and Customer/Market analysis

 

4. Essential Functions

  - Planning, budgeting, and executing Marketing Communications Plans

  - Implement the Marcom & Campaign plans include contents, marketing supporting materials, and events for target markets and key products

  - Develop the processes to facilitate the communication of product/target market information in Instrumentation Asia wide.

  - Develops complementary offline message delivery tactics such as advertising, public relations, collateral development and trade show

  - ING Asia Pacific New Product introductions / Promotion plans in online & offline

  - Training, Events, Blogs / White Papers, Translations, Literature Updates, New Product Launch

  - Website / CMS / Websphere / App

  - E-Commerce and E-business, Social Media, Eloqua Communications

  - Quotation System (I2O) Receive Quotation from customer and set the price, also check the cost / management (regular update Customer and Part number in system / Analysis by monthly and inform Sales team of analyzed I2O DB
    - List Price Update by surveying competitor List price

- Contract Price update for new Price and renewal price

- Annual Market survey /finding sales opportunity

- Build Price action plan and implement

- Support marketing/sales team to create new sales

 

5. Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related discipline is preferred.

- Less than 10 years related experience in marketing

- Strong communication skills in the development of differentiated marketing messages.

- Excellent organizational, planning, prioritization, and project management skills.

- Good command of English.

- General understanding of Finance, Accounting

- Good negotiation Skills for price action

- Computer literate, including familiarity with outlook, Microsoft office, and Windows
