Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
The Digital Demand Specialist is responsible for research, analysis and recommendations to his/her manager of marketing tactics, channels and vendors within a given budget and guideline to achieve campaign goals. It is necessary to ensure that the purchasing and the purchasing approval processes are adhered to.

1. Execute Digital DemandStrategy Planning &Analysis for Further Optimisation
? Execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness/preference and drive demand through multi-channels with a strong focus on generating leads/demand by leveraging digital and IT capabilities.
? Achieve media objectives and strategies for advertising campaigns.
? Understand campaign goals and objectives and translate to actionable media and social tactics.
? Support tactical campaigns and tracking of digital efforts.
? Monitor performance of all media and social campaigns with analysis to explain results and make recommendations to his/her manager.
? Provide support through data-driven decision making.
? Use digital metrics to optimize channel spend and test the performance of channel/content for maximum impact.

2. ExecuteCreative &Channel a Commercial Digital Native Capability
? Employ an optimized cross channel strategy with multiple touch points during the customer journey, to offer a seamless digital and physical experience. Ensure that the right message is delivered, using the right channel at the right time to the right customer. The strategy and plan must be driven digitally with traditional media support, when necessary, based on a clean and most up-to-date customer data.
? Partner with internal cross-functional teams and external agencies through campaign development, design and implementation.
? Support managing key agencies to timely deliver a coordinated online experience on social platforms & channels, with clear project management approach.
? Beat industry standards across all social platforms/channels for user experience and demand generation and share best practices within the organization 
? Maintain and analyze up-to-date information in all owned channels.

3. Acquisition of Digital Leads with Marketing Automation
? Main objective is to generate high quality leads of digital-centric customer behaviours and drive the acquired leads down the funnel with analytics for continuous optimization.
? Collaboratively working closely with HQ/agency partners to develop social content that supports marketing strategies and drives top of funnel leads 
? Working closely with the UK digital team to develop, optimize and tag content to drive traffic to and *** Role Profile
engagement on all social channels.
? Experiment with new Go-To-Market strategies to test boundaries of marketing efficiency.

4. Consumer / Market / Competitor / Trend Insights
? Measure and report media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, share of voice and sentiment, conversion, ROI).
? Strong knowledge/experience of the evolving marketing technology landscape, as well as best practices within the industry.
? Day-to-Day: Delivering insights that drive an informed marketing strategy based on key metrics, historical data and trend analysis
? Weekly: Support in providing weekly insights to business stakeholders with data to demonstrate what is working or not within the campaigns, and recommendations for improvement
? Annually: Active involvement in support on research of brand health & NCBS studies to best obtain useable consumer insight on brands and products for future implementation.
Key Interactions 
? The role will work across functions and with our business partners to build paid, owned and earned plans and execute budget according to respective campaigns.
? Actively take part and support in making recommendations in team meetings across a diverse set of stakeholders to set objectives, strategies and review results.
? Collaborating with agency, reporting tomanager and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues related to digital tracking, tagging and/or reporting 
? Internal: All functions within marketing, Sales Operations, CS Operations, Business Control 
? External: Outside Agencies ? media & creative (Spark44/Accenture &Dentsu)

Job Requirements

Google analytics (GA) 경험자

Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Personal Profile
? Bachelor’s degree preferred with minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, advertising, media planning and/or digital demand with 2 years of digital experience required, Industry-recognized proficiency with prior agency and/or high-tech/telco/software experience in driving demand generating campaigns.
