Import: Importing
products from overseas plants such as China, Taiwan, Germany, Italy, and
Singapore / Create PO using SAP and coordinate schedule with external and
internal stakeholders / Apply FTA to proceed with customs refund procedure /
Responsible for the overall process of import and customs clearance 2)
Order handling for HK/KR Sales and KR local
sales: Making an offer sheet for Customer PO / Overall process management of
orders such as shipping method and shipping schedule / Send shipping documents
(Invoice, Packing list, COA, B/L) / Conducting free sample orders and issuing
credit notes, Credit limit settings and special release requests / End of month
closing 3)
Inventory and warehouse management: Cost reduction
and optimization of working capital flow by maintaining proper inventory volume
/ Check the inventory quantity by lot number at the end of the month and check
the warehouse once a year / Minimize disposal and maintain quality through
expiration date management / Management of logistics costs such as storage
fees, transportation fees, and work fees.
4) Demand and Supply Plans: Checking monthly sales and
Reporting weekly sales forecast / Creating requested sales files for each sales
