[업무내용]

? Account development & management (BU and product level)

- Develop the market strategy through insight of client’s business & product

? Build relationships with the client

- Build client relationships and provide service that exceeds expectations

- Maintains frequent and effective contact with the client

? Team sales management

- Manage development schedules, resource projection and consumption, team expectations, and budgets

? Proposal

- Ensure solid understanding of client’s proposal/ budget/ invoicing submission requirements

? Team management & OJT

- Develop team members by providing one-on-one feedback, conducting training, and working together on projects.
