- - Provide high level administrative support to the Business Executive Officer (BEO)
- - Arranging and coordinating meetings, appointments, catering, support for meetings
- - Coordinate and process monthly expenses for BEO
- - Extensive domestic and international travel arrangement for BEO
- - Responsible for planning Management team offsite travel and detailed event planning
- - Internal communications from BEO office
- - Ensure all materials for BEO meetings are organised
- - Liaising with BEO’s peers at Region/ globally and professional/personal network
- - Ensuring the BEO Office complies with Nespresso policies and procedures
- - Other PA related administrations given by manager
- Office Admin. / Events & Communication (70%)
- - Management of Nespresso specific General Affairs matters
- - Visitors schedule arrangement and support
- - Liaising with building & canteen management, cleaners and external suppliers
- - Coordinate and supervise all office logistics including deliveries, stationery, office printed materials, meeting rooms, etc.
- - Ensuring the meeting rooms and general office are neat, clean and tidy at all time
- - Manage office storage rooms and ensure they are well-organized ? Office related bill handling(phone, parking, quick service, valex, etc) ? Other office management related administrations given by manager
- - Involvement in the organisation of company social events & internal communication(Forum, Engagement event, Year-end Party, Townhall meeting, etc) ? Organization culture related activities support
- - Support HR team work as requested

- - Office admin 경력 1 년 이상자 혹은 HR 관련 경력 1년 이상자
