Field Service Manager (대리~과장) - Quick Service Restaurant 고객사 대상 - QSR을 운영하는 고객에 대하여, 클리닝 및 위생 요구사항에
대한 개인 고객서비스와 솔루션 제공하는 업무. - Accountable for the
achievement of sales, expense, and customer visit frequency targets for
assigned territory, as defined by regional plan. - Responsible for training
and/or supervising field service representative. - Effectively communicate with
all levels of management, including customer headquarters, distributor
channels, and internal Ecolab - Demonstrated though knowledge
of all account’s SOPs and strong relationship with personnel and key management
in the accounts. - Proven ability to take on
additional responsibilities /projects, delegated by chain of command, in
addition to manage territory adequately. - Develop and enhance existing
relationships with customers while working independently & maintain own
schedule. - Advise customers on quality
assurance & conduct customer store visits to help maintain clean and
sanitary establishment. - Build and maintain alliance
with key distributors, ensuring inventory is consistent with forecasted
customer needs. - Provide food safety &
sanitation advice, as well as education & training at store level. - Utilize problem solving &
trouble shooting skills to install & maintain dispensing systems. - Maintain accurate customer
service/activity records and provide monthly reporting. - Other duties as assigned.

ㆍ경력 : 경력2년↑

B2B 영업경력, 2년 이상 -
Excel, Word, PowerPoint 사용자 -
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent - 프랜차이즈 비즈니스와 식품서비스 운영에 대해 이해하는 경력자 - QSR 고객사에서 직영 및 점주를 대상으로 교육 및 Audit 진행
경력자 (맥도널드, 버거킹,
서브웨이 등) - 기계 설치 및 수리 경험자 - 영어를 배우고자 하는 의지가 있는 분
