[포지션] Commercial Excellence Manager (정규직)
Detailed responsibilities are, 1. Customer segmentation and targeting · Develop customer segmentation and targeting strategy aligned with yearly company strategy · Lead S&T alignment process by co-working with all relevant internal stakeholders 2. Sales forecasting · Long-term and short-term sales forecasting · Salesforce headcount forecasting/planning based on short-term/long-term sales forecasting 3. Individual sales territory allocation · Develop the optimized individual territory allocation logic · Lead the individual territory allocation process alignment process with sales managers · In charge of individual territory allocation to individual sales rep. 4. Yearly sales target set up and individual allocation · Set up yearly sales target · Develop individual sales target allocation logic · Implement individual territory allocation · Manage the change and revise of individual sales target shift by organizational change 5. Sales incentive scheme and payout management · Revise sales incentive scheme aligned with yearly company strategy · Individual sales performance tracking · Regular incentive calculation and payout 6. SFDC system management · In charge of overall SFDC system management · Implement SFDC call data management and regular call activity analysis 7. Sales operation SOP management · In charge of sales related SOP update (daily allowance and other T&E expense) 8. Deliver strategic insight with deep-dive data analysis · Keep the database always most updated and perfectly integrated · Identify critical, urgent, and hidden business issues · Implement deep-dive analysis for each issue by leveraging all available data resources Position Requirements Education and/or Experience (years): · Bachelor of Business administration, Math, Statistics, or equivalent degree. · More than 10 years’ proven experience of related function (Sales Force Effectiveness, Commercial Excellence, etc). · Experience in pharmaceutical industry or medical device industry is preferred. · People management experience is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: · Must be a fast learner · Good sense of business · Strong analytical skills · Professional MS Excel skill is must, advanced skills (macro/VBA/SQL) are highly preferred · Building solid and effective working relationships with internal/external stakeholders · Work independently and passionate to take initiatives · Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments simultaneously. · Fluent at business English communication
