담당업무

? 네트워크 운영 상태를 보고하기 위해 정보를 수집 및 우선순위를 정하여 프로젝트를 관리하는 역할
? 최신 안정적인 펌웨어 릴리스로 데이터 네트워크 장비를 업그레이드
? 라우팅 및 스위칭 장비, 호스팅 된 IP 음성 서비스, 그리고 방화벽에 대한 설정


1. REQUIREMENTS AND SERVICES
This section sets out and describes Services to be performed by the Service Provider under this Work Order. By providing a dedicated staff based out the customer site.
1.1. Activities of the engineer
.1.1. IT systems such as Applications, servers, printers, desktops, network, telecommunication (telephony) and other IT supported systems in customer site at  Kerteh Plant
? Manage and resolve IT logged/reported incidents/requests and identify corrective actions to support operational integrity of the systems.
? Perform daily system maintenance and administration tasks, O/S, security, antivirus or any required patches.
? Responsible to protect system & data integrity from unauthorized access.
? Monitor and report on status and capacity of server performance/storage.
? Work with external parties such as vendors and IT operation Centre to ensure end-to-end system, network or service delivery.
? Securing the company network by establishing and enforcing policies, and defining and monitoring access.
? Support and administer firewall environments in line with IT security policy

? Report network operational status by gathering and prioritizing information and managing projects
? Performed upgrade data network equipment to the latest stable firmware releases
? Doing routing configure and switching equipment, hosted IP voice services and firewalls
? Design and implement new solutions to improve resilience of the current environment
? Investigate root cause of IT incidents, implement remediation to remove errors, document the remediation, and communicate to related/affected staff.
? Maintain optimal spare and consumables units of PCs, printers, monitors, network switches and other IT spares for continuous support.
? To follow-up closely with GASP / Purchasing team for on-going status PO
? Responsible to share knowledge and best practices to other IT colleagues.
? Support smooth running of IT Helpdesk operation
? Monitor IT tickets daily and attend the ticket immediately or according to its priority
? Document the resolution once the incidents/requests are resolved before closing the tickets.
? Use IT Helpdesk system as IT change management tool and document every change in the system.
? Translate business requirements into fit-for-purpose technological solutions when requested.
? Manage/ensure IT asset record, PC to employee record, and software license to employee record are maintained up-to-date.
? Manage IT software/hardware/service licenses by keeping track of available software licenses and their license compliance within the plant.
? Maintain the documentation on IT operation/projects/change request and implement application policy and procedures.
? Lead, manage or participate in IT projects.
? Manage IT vendors on their service deliveries, monitor their service, prepare vendor service evaluation.
? Liaises with vendors, consultants and other external sources for technology awareness and support.

? To draft and plan for the forecast or upcoming IT budget for CAPEX / OPEX while maintaining expenses throughout of the year
? To maintain and support existing and new non-Neo systems including but not limited to other systems that are supporting plant operations such as TOTEM, Weighbridge, Access Card System, PABX, CCTV and Plant Information systems.
4.2. Accountabilities of the engineer
4.2.1. Accountable for IT data backup maintenance as stipulated in data backup & restoration policy and procedure.
4.2.2. ? Accountable for silent running of IT systems such as Applications, servers, printers, desktops, network, telecommunication(telephony) and other IT supported systems by maximizing system & network performance through system performance monitoring, problems and outages troubleshooting, system upgrade scheduling and collaborating with IT vendors or any approved external teams on system & network optimization.
4.2.3. ? Accountable for software solutions, IT planning activities, IT Projects, SW/HW license and support maintenance renewal, Vendor management, IT asset management, IT policies & procedures maintenance, IT change management, Software compliance review.
4.2.4. Take best care of health and safety for himself and others, to comply health and safety instruction as stipulated under Section 24 OSHA 1994 and undertake the following loss control responsibilities;
4.2.5. Shall stop and report to immediate superior/HSE Manager unsafe acts and unsafe conditions at workplace.
4.2.6. Shall report to immediate superior/HSE Manager all accidents and injuries occurred at workplace.
4.2.7. Shall comply with the HSEQ policy
4.2.8. Shall comply with the HSE rules and regulations (for example; to wear or use personal protective equipment provided as appropriate)
4.2.9. Shall communicate potential losses and loss control opportunities to superior/HSE Manager.
4.2.10. - Implementing/enforcing electrical installation and safety procedures always adhered to meet requirement of Electricity Act and Regulation, Corporate Rules and Common Best Practices

4.2.11. - Participate (managerial roles) in Emergency Response duty roster system.
4.2.12. - Conducts close monitoring of subordinates and contractors to improve general performance to achieve Zero Accident.
4.2.13. - Ensure daily housekeeping at plant in his area of responsibility.

- 초대졸 이상
- IT 관련 전공 및 유관경력 3년-5년
- English(중급이상 또는 비지니스 회화 가능 수준)
- network engineer skill
- IT helpdesk role and project lead or project manage, IT budgeting 하실 수 있는 분 선호
