• - Review various types of video content to determine community guidelines are met while upholding a high standard of accuracy and quality.
• - Thoroughly monitor, classify and /or eliminate sensitive and inappropriate content such as Pornography, Violence, Human Trafficking, Drugs, Alcohol, etc.
• - Comply with the performance indicators or parameters defined by the specific client`s operation.
• - Use market-specific knowledge, signals and insights to spot and scope scalable solutions to improve the support of our community of users.
• - Enforce Live-Streaming Terms of Use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site.
• - Gather, analyze and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience on the site.
• - Remain up to date on key workflow changes, operational guidelines, policy updates and Community Standards.
• - Participate in continuous training programs established by the company for optimal development in the role.

자격요건

- Native language skills (excellence verbal and written communication skills).

• - Ability to speak and write English fluently (B2 Level).
• - Experience navigating many different types of video streaming platforms including social media, live streaming etc.
• - Must have strong emotional intelligence and emotional resilience as well as a great eye for detail.
• - Able to adapt to the constantly changing digital technology environment.
