Summary 

·       Lead market access and government affairs project with healthcare system knowledge/pricing dossier generation capability of drug and device view

·       Closely work with business units and relevant cross functional team to make business impact through developing strategic plan and engagement.

·       Manage internal communication with various channel and build partnership with advocated, journalists and various external stakeholders

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·       HIRA/NHIC pricing dossier generation/submission/timely communication

·       Shape the healthcare policy through engagement with high level government

·       Manage post pricing scheme (ATP, various pricing changes) timely manner

·       Develop access strategy and analyze data base focused on business mindset

·       Communicate and lead team to support product PR/company branding etc.

·       Align business unit as a key partner to influence with policy and public view

Qualifications 

·       Sound knowledge of pricing & reimbursement guideline/healthcare system

·       Good verbal and written communication skills including English

·       Ability to negotiate and communicate with internal and external customers

·       5-7+ yrs of experience in pharmaceutical and healthcare industry including communication work

Education and/or Experience 

·       Pharmacist/pharmaceutical/medical device company experience preferred
