An international professional services company is searching for a Manager Consultant. The successful candidate will oversee project modules and analyse data, ensuring efficient delivery under senior management guidance. Responsibilities: - Lead module and workstream with guidance from Senior Manager
- Supervise a small project team reporting to Director
- Organise problems and formulate hypotheses
- Identify necessary activities and data for problem analysis
- Analyse data and conduct client and expert interviews
- Delegate tasks to junior staff and oversee progress
- Manage task progress in project module/workstream and report issues
- Efficiently prepare deliverables to meet project schedule
- Engage with client team leaders and VP level to present reports
- Facilitate discussions and client workshops
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or above in business, finance, or engineering
- More than 5 years of experience in global management consultancies
- More than 2 years of experience as a module or workstream leader focusing on M&A strategy, strategic transformation, commercial due diligence, operational due diligence, post-merger integration, strategic sourcing, or manufacturing & supply chain is ideal
- More than 7 years of internal project management experience in recognised companies
- More than 7 years of experience in leading the performance improvement programs of the operating companies or portfolio companies in corporate centre and private equity firm is preferred
- Knowledge of Tableau, R, ot Python is desired
- Expertise in IT systems (ERP, MES, SRM) is a plus
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Possess a valid MBA qualification is ideal
- Native level Korean; proficient in written and verbal English
