Job Description


1. Revenue Management
- Manage forecasting on a weekly cycle using established tools, policies, and processes
- Ensure timely and accurate updates to the Region bookings and revenue forecast in Salesforce.com
- Publish weekly report or dashboard to Sales Manager/Regional Vice President, and key stakeholders to show
ㆍNet Revenue Forecast
ㆍBookings and Revenue closed / remaining
ㆍ% of target achieved
ㆍCompile key issues from Sales / Service team in the region in weekly report

2. Sales Support
- Assist Account Managers to coordinate Sales activities including timely receipt of design data, quote generation, and purchase order processing
- In collaboration with the Corporate Salesforce.com Administrator, manage regional activity within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Sales order entry for new PO from region sales
- Perform analyses on bookings and revenue forecast to identify causes of forecast variability

3. Administration Assistant
- Support travel arrangements for the Vice President and administrative for the region office
- Plan out the calendar for VP and his schedules

Position Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in Sales Operations preferred
- Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
- Degree: Associate (2 year college) or above
- English Fluency
