Job Description
▶ Responsible for EM product sales for assigned
territory / accounts as below, ▶ Successfully drive revenue growth of EM product ▶ Represent the technical competencies of EM product ▶ Systematically and proactively promote and sell EM
product ▶ Identify and contact prospective customers, build and
strengthen through customer relationship. ▶ Develop & execute dedicated sales campaigns and
initiatives in the strategic target market ▶ Preparation, presentation and tracking of quotations ▶ Monitor
and act properly throughout entire O2C processes
Qualification ▶ Education: Bachelor or
Master degree ▶ Experience: Over 5-year
experience in Electron microscopy or related field such as industrial
electronic machine sales (7-10 experiences preferred) ▶ Language: Proficient
in English ▶ Required competencies: 1) Clear ownership on assigned accounts and projects 2) General understanding on Microscope market and competitors 3) Efffective communication skills with multiple stakeholders including global 4) Handing conflict situations effectively with mutiple stakeholders 5) Conveying a clear understanding of the unique needs of customers 6) Working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives 7) Adapting approach to match the shifting demands of differend situations
