Development and technical support for NPI projects such that technical design objectives, lead times are minimised, in reasonable price, and quality & safety requirements are met. 1. Develop new product
- Create subject DFMEA and define high risk
- Create verification and validation test plan based on DFMEA
- Support and train development engineer to carry out test
- Prepare and lead subject peer review and GRF before every gate
2. Maintain and improve design quality
- Finding design problem in the Beta & Pre-production
- Statistical problem finding in Pre-production
- Corrective action : FTTFR & CIP
- Refining production test specification
3. Perform reliability test so as to meet target MTBF
- Complying Semi requirements
4. Customer trial and validation
- Learn & evaluation from application environments
5. Technical knowledge transfer to
- TRR with Technical support
6. Finish gate in target date
7. Maintain workshop and test facility
자격요건
| ㆍ학력 : 대졸 이상 (4년), 기계공학계열 전공자로 관련경력자 한함 | ㆍ경력(기계(기구)설계/개발/구조해석 경력 5~15년) ㆍ관련업무 경력(기계(기구)설계/개발/구조해석 경력
제조업(반도체장비/자동차부품/기계장치) 등 제품(기계/기구/부품)설계/구조해석 외 관련경력 | | ㆍ필수 사항 | - 제품/부품설계/구조해석 외 관련경력, CATIA 사용 경력자
- 기계공학 관련 전공자 | | - TOEIC 800급(점) 이상, TOEIC Speaking Test 7급(점) 이상, OPic Writing IH급(점) 이상 | - 영어가능자, 영어능통자

Wide engineering knowledge, team building and communication
-Test equipment operation experience
-Experience of working for a foreign company
-Experience in safety certification like UL, TUV, CE
-FEM or CFD analysis experience
-Computer programming skill about mechanical modelling

-Experience in noise and vibration testing
-Ability to develop motor or BLDC driver
-CAD skill : CATIA, Inventor, MATLab
-Quality : 6 sigma, statistical analysis, FMEA
-OS skill : Excel, Power point, Word Qualifications/Education/Certifications:
Bachelor or master degree in mechanical, electrical, electronic engineering Experience:
- Development experience of rotating machinery or vacuum machinery
- Ability to execute development project
- Proving skill to transfer development products to serial production
- Reliability and performance test experience
