- 25+ years of gas/chemical manufacturing experience.

- 15+ years of operations management experience.

- Goal oriented, results driven, efficient, flexible.

- Aptitude in data analysis, problem solving, and decision making.

- Ability to effectively lead and manage a multidisciplinary team.

- Experience working with and managing an international workforce.

- Experience collaborating with counterparts at overseas affiliates.

- Fluent in Korean and English languages.
