담당업무
- Assist department in the
definition and implementation of High Jewelry development action plans. retain VIP clients by maintaining level of
treatment that they are used to and support identifying potential in existing
client base and recruitment opportunities. - Support the preparation and
organization of the VIP High Jewelry trips, events, new HJ collection launches,
in-BTQ or Maison’s Activation, private client treatment in collaboration with
other teams and the external agencies involved, in the country and abroad. - Coordinate client approach of
all HJ events and activations through the year: work closely with Client
Development, Marketing and Training team as well as boutique teams to leverage
all HJ opportunities in line with the HJ development strategy. - Support boutique staff in the
implementation of subsequent action plans and boutique network in their daily
Retail needs linked to High Jewelry sales with other relevant teams. (HJ boxes,
VIP special gifts, delivery and any special project related to the sale of HJ
creation) - Assist in the development of
local HJ Board. support to animate the
High Jewelry community and the preparation and organization of HJ board
meetings.
자격요건
ㆍ학력 : 대졸이상
ㆍ경력 : 경력1년↑
- Relevant
experience in a luxury, hospitality, fashion industry. - Good
understanding on luxury market and HNWI client behavior. - Excellent
computer skills and organizational skills. - Multi-task,
detail oriented, service and result oriented, proactive and team player. - Fluent
in English. (verbal & written).
