Job Description 


Drive sales revenue by identifying opportunities, positioning the right products, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.

Develop and execute strategic account plans that align resources and achieve growth objectives.

Provide feedback to internal teams on market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence, helping shape product and marketing strategies.

Manage daily sales activities including, quoting, tracking product deliveries, etc.

Maintain an updated sales pipeline in CRM, ensuring accurate sales forecasting. Sales Force experience is a plus

Lead or assist in contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.

Manage agents and channel partners



Position Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably within the probe test and semiconductor industry

Demonstrated success in managing and growing strategic customer accounts.

Strong knowledge of probe station and test strategy and configuration.

Familiarity of wafer probe/test applications and technologies.

Knowledge of RF principles and familiarity of RF probe/test applications and s-parameter measurement

Familiarity of VNA, PNA and DC low leakage measurement instrument

Understanding of complex signal routing at the PCB, space transformer, and probe head level are desired.

Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Willingness to travel

English written and verbal proficiency preferable
