[PURPOSE] Compensation & Benefits and Operation Manager is leading 2 functions: HR Operation & People cost planning which have crucial impact on business in the company. This is the people manager role and needs to manage operations team consists of HR process with system & payroll. The manager works closely with the top management, supporting decisions and providing the evidence for discussions within business units.
[ROLES AND RESPONBILITIES]
1. Compensation & Benefit ? Lead and report Headcount and people cost & budget process by collaborating regional office, BU/Function, HRBP and Finance ? Develops and monitor the annual budget in people costs and headcount plan. ? Participate in a wage survey, review benchmarks annually to ensure market competitiveness and prepares and analyzes survey data. ? Provide market trends and suggestions for management decisions: salary increase budget planning, wage negotiation, people cost budgeting, new programs launching on top of existing program improvement, etc. ? Collaborate with key business stakeholders to understand their challenges and translate them into C&B data-driven insights and analytics. ? Partner with HRBPs on communication to enhance understanding of the company`s benefits package, compensation, and merit process. ? Design of pay level and merit grid, Determine by job analysis and evaluation. ? Perform a consultative role to line managers regarding compensation and benefit programs, policies, and processes. ? Design, recommend and implement benefit programs (Medical Enhancement, Group Insurance, Long service award, etc.)
2. HR Operation ? Lead / oversee the HR Operations to drive the effectiveness and efficiency in delivering HR operational activities and processes, including but not limited to on/off-boarding, payroll, HRIS. ? Design, implement and enhance HR workflow/ process ? be a subject matter expert for all operational aspects of HR processes. ? Prepares and updates relevant Rewards and all HR policies and responsible for ensuring HR regulations and HR process are in line with respective labor legislation. ? Drive and manage HR Operation functions to ensure effective service delivery in an efficient, timely and accurate way. ? Lead and guide market HR operation team to ensure high-level of service quality while maintaining data integrity.
3. People managing ? Manage the teams work plan and improvement projects ensuring good communication, coordination, and allocation of resources. ? Continuous service improvement and quality assurance

[QUALIFICATION] ? Experience : Seven plus years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions. ? Education : Bachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred ? Language : Must possess a good command of English
[KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENT] ? Experience of Job grading and pay mix. ? Broad knowledge and experience in the area of all the services provided by Human Resources as well as laws pertaining to labor and employee relations. ? Above average oral and written communication skills ? Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills ? Demonstrate ability to lead and develop Human Resources staff. ? Demonstrate ability to serve as a successful participant on the executive management team. ? Basic accounting and budgeting concept, analytical and must be good at numbers. ? Excellent computer skills including Excel and database management.
