? Reporting to the business manager or other senior managers as required.

? Management of the site Basic Safety Process

? Ensure environmental compliance in accordance with ******* corporate and regional regulations

? Understand safe operating, design, permit limits, actively practice alarm management

? Directly supervise site team

? Support of all aspects of the day-to-day operation that will include troubleshooting plant process problems, supervising daily plant activities and driving plant projects.

? Identify maintenance concerns, develop, and implement corrective measures with the maintenance team, carry out site preventive maintenance and mechanical integrity programs

? Interface with customer and the Air Products business team

? Implement and share best practice

? Investigate incidents and near misses, understand and correct the root cause of failures 

자격요건

최소 15년 이상의 Packaged Gas 업계에서 업무 경험 보유

생산 업무 경험 보유, 리더십 경험 보유, 고압 가스 산업에 대한 높은 이해도 보유, Compliance Mind-set 보유

학력: Bachelor of Science in Engineering / 공학 계열 전공자

MS Office, Word, PPT, Exel 활용 관련 서류 및 교육자료 작성, 발표
