ㆍPerform Front End supply chain analysis and generate execution plan in Semiconductor Industry ㆍCollaborate with Business/Supply Planning, foundry operation/sourcing and other dept to balance supply against demand for seamless customer delivery satisfaction with efficient manner
ㆍTranslate required wafer requirement from demand, generate feasible optimized Foundry starts plan align with business/Supply & Inventory planning
ㆍAct as communication window to our foundry operation for forecast and capacity planning
ㆍMonitor WIP vs demand to prioritize inline WIP to ensure to meet/satisfy customer need
ㆍProvide accurate start planning assumptions and capacity allocation to the business/Supply planning
ㆍActivities to improve the accuracy of BOQ(beginning of qtr) data by analyzing execution plans in preparation for BOQ.
ㆍReviews and provides necessary production plans to foundries and acts as a window when adjustments are needed
자격요건 및 우대사항
ㆍRequires in Business Administrations, Computer Science with more than 5 years of experience in supply chain management or business unit analytic. ㆍMore than 5 years experience with production planning /scheduling in Semiconductor industry
ㆍKnowledge in Advanced Planning System such as JDA / Kinaxis/QV
ㆍProficiency in Microsoft Office (eg. Excel/PPT) and run small set of oracle structure query(SQL)
ㆍOrganizational Skills & Strong Analytical Skills
ㆍUnderstanding of interdependencies able to identify areas for Process Improvement
ㆍJob required enough English skill to communicate with related departments and Foundries located in overseas
ㆍWorking place and Job grade position : Bucheon factory in Korea, Job grade : 9-12)
