? Manage US sales operations, sales & marketingstrategies working closely with HQ and NY office, increasing brand recognition and awareness.

? Review and evaluate competitors.

? Create and implement effective business plans, including researching and analyzing market opportunities, identifying potential customers, developing business proposals, and negotiating business deals. 

? Develop and execute business plans and strategies, including budgeting, budget forecasts, and resource allocation.

? Develop effective action plans and respond to emergencies in a timely and effective manner.Develop contingency plans for emergencies.

? Develop teams by recruiting, training, and motivating.
